If you would like to become a wholesale customer of DOWNLITE bedding you will need to create an account. This is 'to the trade' pricing for furniture and mattress stores only.
DOWNLITE is America's premiere manufacturer of down and down-alternative bedding. Based in Mason, OH, many DOWNLITE products are assembled in the United States. We supply pillows, comforters, mattress pads, feather beds, and more to give you the complete bedding experience!
The DOWNLITE DEALER wholesale program is a self-service program designed specifically for retail furniture and mattress dealers. This program also allows you to buy on demand with no minimums. Freight is included on shipments of $500 or more. Please order in case pack increments. You can only see prices and purchase online once your account has been authorized.
To set up an account, you may need to provide a tax resale certificate (deliveries to addresses in the following require a tax resale certificate: CA, CT, GA, IN, NC, NY, NV, OH, TX, WA). This can be scanned and emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 513-229-6300 (Be sure to address to Niki). Please be sure to visit our Tax Policy page which outlines the several states that require proper sales tax exempt certificates for shipping.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night are entered into our system Monday morning. Shipping times around major holidays will be set in advance and shared with our partners. All orders are shipped on our FedEx shipping account. No 3rd-party freight account can be utilized. We cannot at this time support Next Day or 2nd-Day Air on orders. Customized packing slips are not available as an option at this time. In addition, the actual mailing label on the outside of the box can not be modified. We do not use a signature required service from FedEx or UPS.
Please note: We only accept the following payment methods: American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.
Unless stated elsewhere, DOWNLITE warrants all products it sells against manufacturing defects for one year. We will accept product returns for workmanship and manufacturing defects only.
- DOWNLITE does not accept returns that have been used or laundered.
- All products require a Return Authorization (R/A) prior to return shipping. Products returned to DOWNLITE without an R/A number will be refused.
- Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee.
- DOWNLITE will accept returns up to 30 days after shipment unless the product is defective.
- Regardless of any scenario - you must have an R/A number issued before returning any items.
DOWNLITE maintains a direct selling presence on marketplaces like Amazon.com. We do not allow smaller volume/drop-ship customers to sell on those marketplaces where we maintain a marketplace presence (Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, Walmart.com). To learn more please visit the Marketplace Policy
DOWNLITE has an exclusive licensed portfolio of brand names to manufacture and sell. Most of the brands restrict where items can be sold, so please request clearance for branded items. This covers the following brands: Eddie Bauer, Tommy Bahama, Stearns & Foster, Pendleton and PrimaLoft.
